Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualifications
- Diploma Trainees: 3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering with at least 60% marks.
- Science Graduates: B.Sc. with minimum 60% marks and relevant subject combinations (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, etc.).
- Technician Trainees (Plant Operator): HSC (12th) in the Science stream with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
- Technician Trainees (Maintainer): SSC + ITI in relevant trades (e.g., Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, etc.).
- Assistant Grade-1: Any Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks.
2. Age Limit (as on 17 June 2025)
- ST/SA (Diploma & Science): 18 to 25 years
- ST/TN (Technician): 18 to 24 years
- Assistant Grade-1: 21 to 28 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
Stipend and Pay Scale
Stipendiary Trainees (Diploma): ₹24,000 to ₹26,000 during training
Stipendiary Trainees (Technician): ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 during training
Post-Training Pay:
- Scientific Assistant/B: ₹35,400 + allowances
- Technician/B: ₹21,700 + allowances
- Assistant Grade-1: ₹25,500 + allowances
