Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Navik (General Duty): 12th pass with Maths & Physics (COBSE-recognized board)
- Navik (Domestic Branch): 10th pass (COBSE-recognized)
- Yantrik: 10th pass + Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Telecom (AICTE approved)
Age Limit (As on 01 July 2025):
- 18 to 22 Years
- For Navik (GD/DB): Born between 01 Aug 2004 to 01 Aug 2008
- For Yantrik: Born between 01 Mar 2004 to 01 Mar 2008
- Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years (as per rules)

Selection Process
The recruitment will be conducted in 4 stages:
Stage-I: Online Exam
MCQ-based test as per syllabus of 10th/12th/Diploma.
No negative marking.
Stage-II: PFT + Assessment Test + Document Verification
- 1.6 km run in 7 minutes
- 20 squats + 10 pushups
Stage-III: Medical Test + Final Document Verification
At INS Chilka training center.
Stage-IV: Final Enrollment & Document Validation
